Registration Form & Brochure

Dates for 2017:
Week One: July 23-29, 2017
Week Two: August 6-12, 2017

Registration is now open for both weeks!

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration Forms must be downloaded, filled out and mailed back to us with a deposit of $200. We do not accept credit cards as we are a very small non-profit and our focus is on putting every penny into the program.

Once your Registration Form and Deposit are received you will receive a confirmation notice via email. Once registration closes on June 1st, we then send out information via mail regarding the camp. However, it is important to note that all information, like Health Forms, What To Bring To Camp, Music Class Registration Choices, can all be found under Camp Forms.

  • 2017 Registration Form—Print this off, complete it, mail it with a deposit check of $200 per week to the address on the form.
  • Email Noelle—The best person to talk to if you have questions or just want to get an idea if the camp is right for you or your child.

Once you are Registered

One of the things that makes this camp unique and so successful is that the Program Director, Noelle Beaudin, emails and/or calls all the students to get an idea of what they want to do at camp. As a result, the camp schedule is tailored to each individual student. Conversations about classes usually begins in July, however, it is helpful to review the Music Class Registration Choices on the Camp Forms section.

Check-in and Check-out

Lake Winni 2017 Camp: Check-in at the Chapel Building from 3pm-5pm at Geneva Point Center on 108 Geneva Point Road, Moultonborough, NH 03254

Check-out is on Saturday after the concert - around 2:30pm.

Saturday Concert

This concert starts at 11:45am and ends at 2:30pm. It features all of the groups and has an intermission. In years past we have had a Friday evening concert and a Saturday concert. We're moving to a single concert performance because many parents could not make the Friday evening concert, which featured most of the students. Check-out is directly after this concert.

Geneva Point Center

The camp is held at Geneva Point Center. A beautiful 200-acre private campground on Lake Winnipesaukee.

Map of the Campground

Our classes are held in The Chapel Building, The Barn, Pine Haven, and Siftar Cottage. Dining is at the Inn. There is a camp store for snacks and other items. Our campsite is Geneva Woods Cabins, and the Geneva Woods Program Lodges are where night-time activities occur.
