Registration for the 2019 Camp Season is now open!
Sunday August 11 to Saturday August 17, 2019
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration Forms must be downloaded, filled out and mailed back to us with a deposit of $200. We do not accept credit cards as we are a very small non-profit and our focus is on putting every penny into the program.
Once your Registration Form and Deposit are received you will receive a confirmation notice via email. Once registration closes on June 1st, we then send out information via mail regarding the camp. However, it is important to note that all information, like Health Forms, What To Bring To Camp, Music Class Registration Choices, can all be found under Camp Forms.
For alumni campers, yes, you will notice that there is only ONE WEEK of camp offered for this year. This is just for 2019. We will be back to 2 camp weeks next year, with even more camp opportunities. 2019 will be a planning Summer for camp, and hence the necessity for cutting it back to one week. Additionally, this one week of camp will allow for more students, more housing, and the entire GPC campus to ourselves - so really, it's not all bad...

The best person to talk to if you have questions or just want to get an idea if the camp is right for you or your child.
Once you are Registered
One of the things that makes this camp unique and so successful is that the Program Director, Noelle Beaudin, emails and/or calls all the students to get an idea of what they want to do at camp. As a result, the camp schedule is tailored to each individual student.
Conversations about classes usually begins in June/July, however, it is helpful to review the Music Class Registration Choices in the Camp Forms section of this website.
Check-in and Check-out
Lake Winni 2019 Camp: Check-in at the Chapel Building from 3pm-5pm at Geneva Point Center on 108 Geneva Point Road, Moultonborough, NH 03254
Check-out is on Saturday after the concert - around 2:30pm.
This concert starts at NOON on Saturday and ends at 2:30 p.m. It features all of the groups and has an intermission. In years past we have had a Friday evening concert and a Saturday concert. We're moving to a single concert performance because many parents could not make the Friday evening concert, which featured most of the students. Check-out is directly after this concert.
The camp is held at Geneva Point Center. A beautiful 200-acre private campground on Lake Winnipesaukee.
Our classes are held in The Chapel Building, The Barn, Pine Haven, and Siftar Cottage. Dining is at the Inn. There is a camp store for snacks and other items. Our campsite is Geneva Woods Cabins, and the Geneva Woods Program Lodges are where night-time activities occur.
Deposits are non-refundable 24 weeks prior to the camp date. Full Tuition can not be refunded less than 10 weeks prior to the camp date. We do not accept credit cards because we are a very small non-profit.
Geneva Point Center has its own Nurse and health care staff. It is important that you fill out all health care paperwork located here and BRING THE FORMS WITH YOU TO CHECK-IN. Please, do not mail the forms to Noelle. More information about all the Camp Forms you will need, as well as check-in, check-out and what to bring to camp can be found in the Camp Forms section of our website.
